This is a simple Excel template for basic bookkeeping for micro entrepreneurs. It is suitable for businesses that are not VAT registered only. You can either print for paper bookkeeping, or using it in electronic format (exporting to pdf monthly – as described in detail in this article).

There are 4 sheets included – receipts journal, cash ledger, purchase register and fixed assets register.
